When touring homes, I provide valuable insight beyond what you see online. I’ll point out important features, highlight potential concerns, and help you evaluate each property so you can make a confident decision.

When you find the right home, I will:

• Prepare and present a strong offer
• Negotiate strategically on your behalf
• Guide you through inspections, financing, and closing
